Medicaid Substance Use Disorder Treatment via Telehealth Act
This bill requires the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services to develop guidance for states on how to obtain federal reimbursement under Medicaid for substance use disorder telehealth services, including services provided in school-based health centers.
