Safe Cosmetics and Personal Care Products Act of 2018
This bill amends the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act to set forth provisions governing the regulation of cosmetics by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), including requiring the FDA to establish safety standards and good manufacturing practices for cosmetics.
