To amend title 35, United States Code, to include the exclusive economic zone as part of the United States for patent infringement, and for other purposes.
This bill establishes that certain activities on or below the waters within the U.S. exclusive economic zone that infringe a U.S. patent shall be considered an infringing act that occurs within the United States.
