Increased Transparency in 501(c)(4) Organizations Act of 2018
This bill amends the Internal Revenue Code (IRC) to require tax-exempt organizations to make available for public inspection notifications that must be submitted to the Internal Revenue Service regarding the intent to operate under section 501(c)(4) of the IRC.
