Private Corrado Piccoli Purple Heart Preservation Act This bill prohibits the sale of a Purple Heart, unless the sale is conducted by the member or former member of the Armed Forces to whom the Purple Heart was awarded. It imposes criminal penalties for a violation—a fine, a prison term of up to six months, or both.
