Corps of Engineers Flood Control Civilian Advisory Council Act
This bill establishes a Corps of Engineers Flood Control Civilian Advisory Council. The Council must make recommendations on how to prioritize flood control and navigation in the Missouri River Mainstem Reservoir System Master Water Control Manual.
