Real Emergency Access for Aging and Disability Inclusion for Disasters Act or the REAADI for Disasters Act This bill establishes programs and requirements to assist individuals with disabilities and the elderly with disaster preparedness. The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) shall award disaster response grants to eligible entities to carry out projects to create opportunities for disabled individuals and older adults to contribute to disaster response and mitigation. The bill also establishes the National Commission on Disability and Aging Rights and Disasters to address the rights of disabled individuals and older adults throughout the period of preparation for and response to disasters. The Government Accountability Office must study the compliance of federal agencies with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 in expending funds to support disabled individuals and older adults in responding to and mitigating disasters.
