TSA Credential and Endorsement Harmonization Act of 2019 This bill expands the Transportation Security Administration's (TSA's) PreCheck Program. (The PreCheck Program allows pre-approved passengers to use expedited security lanes at passenger screening checkpoints in airports.) The TSA must develop a strategic plan to expand eligibility for the program to individuals with Transportation Worker Identification Credentials or Hazardous Materials Endorsements on their state-issued commercial driver's license.
