Food Allergy Safety, Treatment, Education, and Research Act of 2020 or the FASTER Act of 2020 This bill directs the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to expand data collection of information related to food allergies and specific allergens and revises the definition of major allergen to specifically include sesame. The Department of Health and Human Services may designate additional food ingredients as major allergens based on the prevalence and severity of allergic reactions through regulation. The Food and Drug Administration must report on specified information regarding food allergies.
