A bill to allow the Deputy Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration on the date of enactment of this Act to continue to serve as such Deputy Administrator.
This bill allows the Deputy Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) who is serving as an officer on active duty in the Armed Forces, or is a retired or former officer, to continue to serve as deputy administrator even if the FAA Administrator is a former regular officer of the Armed Forces.
