Broadband Parity Act of 2019 This bill prohibits an agency from providing assistance to a broadband internet access service through a federal broadband support program unless the service to be assisted meets or exceeds (or will meet or exceed when deployed) minimum download and upload speeds established by the Federal Communications Commission.
