Protecting Collective Bargaining Agreements Under One-Touch Make-Ready Act
This bill makes inapplicable any provision of the Federal Communications Commission rules relating to telecommunications attachments to utility poles that conflicts with certain labor laws or an existing collective bargaining agreement.
