Domestic Offshore Energy Reinvestment Act of 2019
This bill increases the revenue Gulf states (Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama) receive from certain federal oil and gas leases in the Gulf of Mexico and eliminates the revenue sharing cap.
