A bill to establish DemocracyCorps to assist State and local governments administer elections and to promote democracy, to establish special procedures and authorize funding for Federal election in 2020 in response to COVID-19, to amend the Help America Vote Act of 2002 to establish additional permanent requirements for Federal elections, and for other purposes.
