Combatting Impaired Driving Act of 2019
This bill directs the Department of Transportation to provide funding for grants, pilot programs, demonstration projects, and innovative solutions to improve motor vehicle safety and address impaired driving, including alcohol, marijuana, and opioid-impaired driving.
