Such members are those who served on a military installation in the continental United States that was exposed to perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl substances at any time during the previous 10 years.
A criterion for selection of an installation for participation shall be whether a high rate of children receive health care at a military medical treatment facility at the installation.
