Reforming, Expanding, and Simplifying Investment for Local Infrastructure to Enhance our Neighborhoods and Towns Act or the RESILIENT Act This bill establishes the Rural Partnerships Office within the Department of Agriculture and otherwise authorizes policies and programs within various federal agencies to assist rural communities in the strategic planning, design, financing, and implementation of infrastructure (e.g., water, transportation, broadband, and energy) projects, including by providing technical assistance for such projects.
