Reporting Accountability and Abuse Prevention Act of 2019
This bill requires recipients of grants for family planning services to demonstrate their policies and procedures for complying with state laws with respect to reporting, among other things, instances of known or suspected child abuse, sexual abuse, or human trafficking.
