Allowing More Transparency in Reviewing Advertising Construction Act or the AMTRAK Act
This bill eliminates the exemption of certain state and local requirements applied to the National Railroad Passenger Corporation (Amtrak) in making improvements to exclude the construction or display of advertisements.
