Bumpstocks and Acceleration Devices Act This bill provides statutory authority for restrictions on the possession or transfer of bump-stock-type devices, acceleration devices, and binary-trigger-type devices that are capable of converting a firearm to automatically shoot multiple rounds without manual reloading by a single function of the trigger. An individual who violates the provisions of this bill is subject to criminal penalties--a fine, a prison term, or both.
