Learning Opportunity and Achievement Act
This bill provides FY2022 appropriations to improve the quality and effectiveness of teachers, principals, and other school leaders. Additionally, the bill directs the Department of Education to award various grants for professional development, training resources, student support services for at-risk students and marginalized students (e.g., minority students and students with disabilities), evidence-based projects to improve distance and hybrid learning, and learning hubs (i.e., on-campus learning environments).
