Increased Transparency in 501(c)(4) Organizations Act of 2020
This bill requires tax-exempt organizations to make available for public inspection notifications that must be submitted to the Internal Revenue Service regarding the intent to operate under section 501(c)(4) of the Internal Revenue Code.
