Small Packer Overtime and Holiday Fee Relief for COVID-19 Act of 2020
This bill requires the Department of Agriculture to reduce the fees charged to small meat, poultry, and egg processing plants for inspections that occur during overtime hours or on holidays. The bill also provides funding to implement the requirements.
