Next Generation Fuels Act of 2020 This bill establishes and revises requirements for transportation fuels, including to (1) require the Environmental Protection Agency to test and certify a low-carbon, high-octane fuel; (2) establish a minimum octane standard for gasoline; (3) limit the use of aromatic hydrocarbon content in gasoline; and (4) revise requirements regarding ethanol blends.
