This bill establishes requirements related to the assignment and allocation of electromagnetic spectrum between the frequencies of 3450 MHz and 3550 MHz.
Specifically, the National Telecommunications and Information Administration must begin withdrawing or modifying assignments of this electromagnetic spectrum to federal government stations. Further, the Federal Communications Commission must revise the nonfederal allocation of this spectrum to permit flexible-use services and conduct an auction to grant new initial licenses for the use of this spectrum.
