Protecting Miranda Rights for Kids Act This bill makes, subject to certain exceptions, the statements of a minor who waived the privilege against self-incrimination or the right to legal assistance during a custodial interrogation inadmissible in a federal prosecution unless the minor consulted with legal counsel in person and contacted a parent or legal guardian before waiving those rights.
