Retirement Investments for a Sustainable Economy Act of 2020 or the RISE Act of 2020 This bill establishes a new fund—the Climate Choice Stock Index Fund—as an investment option under the Thrift Savings Plan. The Climate Choice Stock Index Fund must be invested in a portfolio that is designed to replicate the performance of a commonly recognized index comprised of common stock and to ensure that no investment in the portfolio is an investment in a fossil fuel entity.
