Brian McDaniel Helicopter Safety Act
This bill directs the Federal Aviation Administration to issue (1) regulations to require air carriers conducting commercial air tours to adopt safety management systems, and (2) guidance to such entities on determining if a passenger is intoxicated or impaired.
