This bill extends by one year port of entry donation authority (under which U.S. Customs and Border Protection may enter into an agreement with an entity to accept donations of personal property, money, or nonpersonal services for specified uses related to the installation, deployment, operation, or maintenance of furniture, fixtures, equipment, or technology).
