Maddox GI Bill Repair Act of 2020 This bill provides eligibility for the Department of Veterans Affairs home loan guaranty program and the Post-9/11 GI Bill to Black veterans who served on active duty during World War II and the surviving spouse, child, grandchild, or other direct descendant of such a veteran who is living on the date of the enactment of this bill.
