To amend the National Voter Registration Act of 1993 to prohibit States from registering individuals to vote in elections for Federal office who do not provide documentary proof of United States citizenship, to amend the Help America Vote Act of 2002 to require individuals to provide identification as a condition of voting in elections for Federal office, and for other purposes.

Securing And Verifying Elections in America Act or the SAVE America Act
This bill establishes proof of citizenship and identification requirements for registering to vote and voting in federal elections, creates additional requirements for voting by mail, and requires states to separately count mail-in ballots. Additionally, the bill requires the Department of Justice to establish a system through which individuals may report incidents of election fraud, and provides for enhanced penalties for certain crimes related to federal elections.
