This resolution requests President Biden, and directs Attorney General Garland, to transmit to the House of Representatives certain documents, records, or communications within their possession referring to Ray Epps.
Epps traveled to the District of Columbia to support President Trump on January 6, 2021, and was later the subject of allegations related to the Capitol riot.
