This bill allows federal prosecutors and judges (including magistrate judges) who meet certain criteria to carry concealed firearms across state lines.
The bill authorizes the Attorney General or any U.S. Attorney to file a civil action against any state government, agency, or employee for actions or practices that impede qualified law enforcement officers, including federal prosecutors and judges, from carrying a concealed firearm across state lines.
