FTC Robust Elderly Protections and Organizational Requirements to Track Scams Act or the FTC REPORTS Act
This bill requires the Federal Trade Commission to annually (1) publish its planned policy priorities, and (2) report on its enforcement actions involving fraud targeting older adults.
