Safeguarding American Families and Expanding Social Security Act of 2021
This bill makes various changes to Social Security benefits, including phasing out the cap on earnings subject to Social Security payroll taxes (currently $142,800 for 2021) and revising the method of calculating Social Security benefits to account for the additional earnings subject to the taxes.
