Build, Utilize, Invest, Learn, and Deliver for Veterans Act of 2022 or the BUILD for Veterans Act of 2022 This bill addresses Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) capital asset management, including by requiring the VA to ensure that each of its medical centers has a dedicated office and sufficient staff to conduct facility planning, long-range capital planning, and other relevant functions relating to VA capital assets.
