To allow funding for the International Criminal Court, require the Secretary of State to submit a report on United States policy relating to the investigation of the International Criminal Court with respect to the Situation in Ukraine, and for other purposes.
Support International Criminal Investigations for Ukraine Act
This bill repeals a provision that prohibits using federal funds to support the International Criminal Court (ICC). Specifically, the provision prohibits such funding unless the United States becomes a party to the ICC pursuant to a treaty.
