To amend the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 to provide that services performed by certain individuals in postsecondary vocational institutions not be treated as employment.
Training Assignments for Student Knowledge Act or the TASK Act
This bill excludes from the definition of an employee under the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 an individual who performs services required by a postsecondary vocational institution.
