To direct the Secretary of Transportation to issue certain regulations to define the term classroom for the purposes of parts 240 and 242 of title 49, Code of Federal Regulations, and for other purposes.
Rail Employee Training Modernization Act
This bill directs the Department of Transportation to issue regulations to define the term classroom with respect to qualification and certification of railroad conductors and locomotive engineers to mean a physical or virtual space where training is provided by a qualified instructor.
