To amend the Energy Policy and Conservation Act to reinstate the ban on the export of crude oil and natural gas produced in the United States, and for other purposes.
Block All New Oil Exports Act or the BAN Oil Exports Act
This bill requires the President to ban the exportation of crude oil and natural gas from the United States.
The President may provide an exemption to the ban in specified circumstances.
