This bill establishes a steering committee within the Department of Health and Human Services to create and implement a National Domestic Violence Prevention Action Plan. The bill includes a requirement for a media campaign led by HHS to educate the public about domestic violence prevention and promote healthy relationships, with $25 million authorized annually from 2025 through 2029 to fund these efforts. The steering committee must submit a written report to Congress by October following enactment and then biannually thereafter, detailing the plan's progress and implementation strategies.
