The legislation authorizes $15 million annually for fiscal years 2026 through 2030 to fund these mobile screening units. Within four years of the program's launch, the Secretary of Health and Human Services must report to Congress on screening numbers, early detection rates, patient outcomes, and recommendations for program improvements.
