Protecting Gun Rights and Due Process Act This bill establishes a framework to generally require mental health records of states and cerrtain federal agencies to be issued in accordance with procedural requirements (e.g., after a hearing) and meet certain criteria if they are used to disqualify individuals from receiving or possessing firearms under federal firearms laws.
