Adjunct Faculty Loan Fairness Act of 2023 This bill allows certain adjunct faculty to participate in the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program. Specifically, the bill allows adjunct faculty, teachers, or lecturers in nontenured track employment to participate in the PSLF program if they (1) teach at least 9 credit hours per semester, 6 credit hours per trimester, or 18 credit hours per calendar year or at least 30 hours per week at an institution of higher education, a postsecondary vocational institution, or a tribal college or university; and (2) do not have another full-time job.
