Pollinator Power Act of 2023
This bill expands the Rural Energy for America Program to direct the Department of Agriculture (USDA) to provide loan guarantees and grants to agriculture producers, rural small businesses, and farmer-owned cooperatives to carry out solar projects that include the creation of pollinator habitat. The bill also requires USDA to give priority to these projects.
