To provide for a limitation on availability of funds for Department of Health and Human Services, National Institutes of Health Innovation Account, CURES Act for fiscal year 2024.
This bill limits FY2024 funding for the National Institutes of Health for the CURES Act Innovation Account. (This account provides multiyear funding for specific scientific initiatives, including the Brain Research through Advancing Innovative Neurotechnologies (BRAIN) Initiative and the Cancer Moonshot.)
