This bill expands the matters that must be included in the Armed Forces Workplace and Gender Relations Surveys conducted by the Department of Defense. Specifically, the surveys must solicit information on indicators of an assault that give reason to believe that the victim was targeted or discriminated against (or both) for their sexual orientation or status in a group.
