Nurses Utilizing Resources for SNAP Education Act of 2023 or the NURSE Act of 2023 This bill directs the Department of Agriculture to (1) develop training materials for health care professionals on how to inform their patients about the availability of Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) benefits; and (2) perform outreach to hospitals, universities, and nursing associations on the availability of the training materials.
