Grid Reliability and Resiliency Improvements Act This bill directs the North American Electric Reliability Organization to biennially submit a report to Congress that identifies (1) risks to the long-term reliability of the electric grid and electricity generation, (2) whether increased electricity generation from natural gas and increased natural gas transportation is essential to the reliability of the electric grid, and (3) other related risks.
