Farm Workforce Support Act of 2023
This bill requires the Government Accountability Office to report to Congress on the H-2A (temporary agricultural workers) visa program. The report must examine various issues, including (1) whether U.S. employers are increasingly reliant on the program, (2) any challenges in securing adequate and affordable housing for H-2A workers, and (3) compliance with the employment conditions of the program.
